~I require a $200 non-refundable retainer fee for all sessions. This covers my time, talent and expertise. Prints, products, and digital files are sold separately.

~A 24 hour notice of any cancellations or a reschedule is appreciated.

~Newborn and maternity sessions take place in my studio on weekday mornings. Outdoor maternity sessions are weekday evenings, approximately 60 min before sunset. Weekends are flexible if I am home (not always guaranteed), and require an additional $100 surcharge.

~For sanitary purposes, a "no shoes in the studio" policy is enforced. Please be prepared to remove shoes upon entering.

~Due to the custom nature of photographic products, all sales are final.

~Due to willingness of subject, Wendi will do her best to honor requested photographs/ poses, but does not guarantee any specific picture or group arrangement. Nor does she promise to capture children all looking at the camera. The same applies to unsettled babies. It is up to you, the parent, to ensure you have a happy baby/child for the session.

~ All prices are subject to change at anytime; however, you are "locked in" to current pricing for 30 days following your session.

~All images will be previewed in your own private online gallery. They are viewable for 1 week, then to save space, are automatically deleted from your gallery. There is a fee of $100 to publish them again.

~Scanning, and screen capturing of images are all considered copyright infringement.

~Wendi Hiller retains the copyright and ownership of all images, and has the right to make reproductions for commercial use and promotional purposes. The photographer is released from all claims and liability relating to these images.

~If children under 4 are coming to your session, it is best to have another adult come to help assist with them during your session.
